No matter who we are, or where we work, we can all benefit significantly from an outside perspective.
Those who work with children and young people are likely to offer even more emotional support and therapeutic outlet than they realise. Staff my benefit from an opportunity to discuss issues and ideas with a person external to the organisation. This is considered good practice by external evaluators. Equally, blind spots or missed opportunities may be highlighted by an external viewpoint.
If you or your organisation would appreciate some external input and constructive feedback from those with experience and enthusiasm in the therapeutic and emotional support elements of working with children and young people, please don’t hesitate to make contact.
Organisations which may benefit from these services include Local Authorities, Health Sector workers, Schools and Colleges, Youth Services and Charities working with children and young people.
